• Be generous: Diego built demand by “oversharing” his knowledge online. That free content now drives 75% of his bookings. While his format of choice was blogging, you can use any type of free content: email, videos, social media, etc.

• Provide more than just knowledge: People often remember how they felt more than what they learned. Creating multi sensory, social experiences keeps customers coming back.

• Keep evolving: Diego treats every workshop as a “work in progress,” constantly refreshing jokes, activities, and the way workshops are delivered based on participant feedback.
