Text-only line items

A text-only line item can now be inserted when creating an invoice, quote or template.

These line items contain rich text only, which is useful for providing additional information or delineating sections of an invoice.

Text-only items do not contribute to the total of the invoice.

Send invoices via Microsoft Outlook

Invoices, quotes and statements can now be sent via a Microsoft account (Outlook, MS365, Live, Hotmail).

To connect your Microsoft head to the email settings and click the “Connect Microsoft” button. The connection process is a simple authentication with Microsoft and takes less than 30 seconds.

Once connected you’ll see “Current” appear next to the Microsoft option.

All client communication will then be sent via your MS account and be visible in your “Sent” folder.

Send invoices from Gmail aliases

A custom Sender Email can now be set when sending via Google Workspace that uses a custom domain name.

For example, a connected Google account “sarah@acmestudios.com.au” can now send invoices from “accounts@acmestudios.com.au”.

Important note: The sender email must match a registered sender alias within your Gmail settings (this is different to a receiver alias defined within Google Workspace admin).

• Fixed a bug where some Android devices would not allow copying and pasting into fields
