A major Rounded project for early 2017 is to improve the way we support our users.

We’ve always had in-app chat, Facebook, Twitter etc but we also realised, strange as it seemed, many of our users didn’t want to talk to us. They wanted to find the answers for themselves.

So we built the Help Centre which contains useful articles and bite-sized videos designed to answer questions on every aspect of using Rounded.

In true “Startup” fashion we’ve done a lot of this ourselves (yes that’s my golden voice narrating the videos) but we also had a huge amount of help from Swapnil Ogale (@swapnilogale).

Swapnil, a technical writer and Rounded user we met 12 months ago, offered his time and expertise to create all the written documentation we’ve just published. We would have struggled to have the Help Centre up and running and in such good shape without him.

Thank you Swapnil, we are seriously grateful.

Of course this is a first step. More content and videos are already in the works and will be released soon. In the meantime I encourage you to jump in and take a look around.
